The Ukrainian Bar Association and the Association of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine invite you to participate in the 10th Anniversary Forum on Competition Law.
The event will be held on 17 October 2025 at the Hilton Kyiv Hotel, 30, T. Shevchenko Blvd. 30, Kyiv / offline and online.
The Forum is a professional platform in the field of bankruptcy, debt restructuring and insolvency law, bringing together leading insolvency practitioners, insolvency officers, private enforcement officers, judges, attorneys, representatives of the public sector and banking community, as well as representatives of the international expert community. The event is supported by the EU Project “Pravo-Justice”. The UBA is a media partner of the forum.
The forum focuses on enforcement proceedings and bankruptcy of individuals, as well as criminal law risks in bankruptcy and enforcement proceedings.
The UBA will be represented at the forum by Chairman Oksana Rusetska and Deputy Chairman Andriy Avtorgov.
