1. Regarding the judicial appeal of the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine No. 2204/5 “On Amendments to Certain Regulatory Acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine” dated 13.08.2025 regarding the recovery of the basic remuneration of private enforcement officers.
2. On amending the agenda of the next Congress of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine.
3. On approval of the CGPA’s position on the draft Law on Amendments to Section III “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Law of Ukraine “On Enforcement Proceedings” (Reg. No. 14061 of 22 September 2025).
