Announcement of the Congress of Private Enforcement Officers of Mykolaiv Region

In accordance with the requirements of Article 49 of the Law of Ukraine “On Bodies and Persons Enforcing Court Judgments and Decisions of Other Bodies”, we are writing to the Association of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the APEO) with a request to post information on the Congress of Private Enforcement Officers of Mykolaiv Region on the APEO website.

Information:

At the initiative of the Council of Private Enforcement Officers of Mykolaiv Region, the Congress of Private Enforcement Officers of Mykolaiv Region was convened by the decision of 30.10.2025.

The Congress will be held on 11 November 2025 at 16:00, at the address: 19 Vadyma Blahovisnoho St., office 4, Mykolaiv, Ukraine.

Agenda items:

1) Preparation and discussion of issues to be raised at the Congress of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine to be held on 14.11.2025;

2) Submission of the Individual Nomenclature Files of the region’s private enforcement officers to the Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for approval;

3) Current issues of the Enforcement District of Mykolaiv Region;

4) Discussion of amendments to the Instruction on the organisation of enforcement of decisions, introduced by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated 13.08.2025 No. 2204/5

5) Miscellaneous.
