Announcement of the Congress of Private Enforcement Officers of Kirovohrad Region

The congress will take place on 7 November 2025, starting at 12:00.

The Council of Private Enforcement Officers of Kirovograd Region decided to hold the Congress by means of technical means: in the mode of video conference using the ZOOM application. Voting at the Congress will take place by polling the delegates by the Chairman of the Congress and recording their will in the minutes.

Draft Agenda of the Congress:
1) Approval of the Agenda of the 3rd Congress.
2) Election of the Secretary of the 3rd Congress.
3) Discussion of the issue of submitting the Individual Nomenclature Files of private bailiffs of the region to the expert commission of the Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for approval.
4) Discussion of issues related to holding the next Congress of Private Enforcement Officers
of Ukraine.
5) Discussion of amendments to the Instruction on the organisation of enforcement of decisions, introduced by the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated 13.08.2025 No. 2204/5.
6) Other issues.
