Announcement of the Congress of Private Enforcement Officers of Chernihiv Region

The Council of Private Enforcement Officers of Chernihiv Oblast decided to convene a Congress of Private Enforcement Officers of the region (Chernihiv Oblast Executive District).

The date of the congress is 13 November 2025,

Registration of delegates and guests of the congress from 9:00 to 9:50.

Agenda of the Congress:
1. Approval of the regulations and agenda of the Congress.
2. Election of the Secretary of the Congress.
3. Submission of the Individual Nomenclature Files of the region’s private enforcement officers to the Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for approval.
4. Discussion of amendments to the Instruction on the organisation of enforcement of decisions, introduced by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated 13.08.2025 No. 2204/5
5. Discussion of issues related to the next Congress of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine
