on convening and ensuring the holding of the next congress of private enforcement officers in the region and forming the agenda

Pursuant to Articles 48-50 of the Law of Ukraine “On Bodies and Persons Enforcing Court Decisions and Decisions of Other Bodies” dated 02.06.2016 No. 1403-VIII, Regulations on the Council of Private Enforcement Officers of Chernihiv Region approved by the Decision of the Council of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine No. 71 dated 28.06.2024, Procedure for Organising and Holding the Congress of Private Enforcement Officers of the Region approved by the Decision of the Council of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine No. 70 dated 24.05.2024, in order to ensure proper organisation of the work of the bodies of the Association of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine, the Council of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine

DECIDED:

1. To convene the Congress of Private Enforcement Officers of the region (executive district of Chernihiv Oblast). The date of the Congress shall be 13 November 2025,
2. The venue of the Congress is at the following address: 139 Peremohy Ave, office 208, Chernihiv.
3. The congress will start at 10:00.
4. Registration of delegates and guests of the Congress from 9:00 to 9:50.
5. To formulate the Agenda of the Congress of Private Enforcement Officers of the region (executive district of Chernihiv region) to be held on 13 November 2025.
6. The Council of Private Enforcement Officers of Chernihiv Oblast shall organise and ensure the holding of the Congress.
7. The control over the implementation of this Decision is entrusted to the Chairman of the Council of Private Enforcement Officers of the Chernihiv Region.

1. Approval of the regulations and agenda of the Congress.
2. Election of the Secretary of the Congress.
3. Submission of the Individual Nomenclature Files of the region’s private enforcement officers to the Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for approval.
4. Discussion of amendments to the Instruction on the organisation of enforcement of decisions, introduced by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated 13.08.2025 No. 2204/5
5. Discussion of issues related to the next Congress of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine
6. Other issues.
