On the establishment of a working group

In order to ensure the implementation of the statutory tasks, pursuant to clause I of the COJU Decision No. 77 dated 17 January 2025, guided by subparagraph 9 of paragraph 6.20 of Section 6 of the Charter of the Association of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine
ORDERED:

1. Establish a working group to develop the CGPA’s position on the draft Laws of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the National Agency of Ukraine for finding, tracing and management of assets derived from corruption and other crimes” regarding guarantees of independence and strengthening of institutional capacity (hereinafter – the working group).

2. To include in the working group:
– Kristina Oleksandrivna Biletska, Head of the Council of Private Enforcement Officers of Zaporizhzhia Oblast, private enforcement officer of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast Executive District;
– Zhabotynskyi Ivan Volodymyrovych, private enforcement officer of the Kyiv Executive District;
– Korolov Vadym Viacheslavovych, private enforcement officer
of the Kyiv Executive District;
– Korolev Mykhailo Andriyovych, Chairman of the Council of Private
of Kyiv, private enforcement officer of the Kyiv Executive District;
– Pavliuk Nazar Vasylovych, private enforcement officer of the Kyiv Enforcement District;
– Rusetska Oksana Oleksandrivna, Head of the CMPA, private enforcement officer of the Dnipropetrovska enforcement district – Head of the working group;
– Oleksandr Mykolayovych Syvokozov, Chairman of the Council of Private Enforcement Officers of Dnipropetrovska oblast, private enforcement officer of the Dnipropetrovska oblast enforcement district;
– Sidorenko Serhii Petrovych, private enforcement officer of the Rivne Oblast Enforcement District;
– Skrypnyk Volodymyr Leonidovych, Chairman of the Council of Private Enforcement Officers of Poltava Oblast, private enforcement officer of the Poltava Oblast Enforcement District;
– Anatoliy Teliavskyi, private bailiff of the Kyiv Enforcement District.

3. The Working Group should develop the UBA proposals on amendments to the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the National Agency of Ukraine for finding, tracing and management of assets derived from corruption and other crimes” regarding guarantees of independence and strengthening of institutional capacity and present them in the form of a comparative table and explanatory note (justification).

4. Acting Head of the RPLU Secretariat Lesia Prudivus to familiarise the members of the working group with this order and publish it on the Association’s website

5. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
