
In order to ensure the implementation of the statutory tasks, guided by subclause
9 of clause 6.20 of section 6 of the Charter of the Association of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine
ORDERED:
1. To establish a working group to develop the CMPA’s proposals on legislative regulation of problematic issues arising in connection with the termination or suspension of private enforcement officers’ activities (hereinafter – the working group).
2. To include in the working group:

The Working Group should develop the CALCU’s proposals for amendments to the bylaws, the Laws of Ukraine “On Bodies and Persons Enforcing Court Decisions and Decisions of Other Bodies”, “On Banks and Banking” to resolve the issues arising from the termination or suspension of private enforcement officers’ activities and present them in the form of a comparative table and an explanatory note (justification).
4. Lesia Prudivus, Head of the COJ Secretariat, to familiarise the members of the working group with this order.
5. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
