On the establishment of a working group to develop proposals for amendments to the Code of Professional Ethics for Private Enforcement Officers

In order to ensure the implementation of the statutory tasks, pursuant to the Development Strategy of the Association of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine for the period up to 2029, approved by the decision of the Congress of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine dated 12 December 2024 No. 9, guided by subparagraph 9 of paragraph 6.20 of Section 6 of the Charter of the Association of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine

I ORDER:
1. Establish a working group to develop proposals for amendments to the Code of Professional Ethics for Private Enforcement Officers (hereinafter referred to as the working group).

2. To include in the working group:
– Andrii Mykolaiovych Avtorgov, Deputy Chairman of the CMPA, private enforcement officer of the Kyiv Executive District;
– Akhmetova Lina Eduardivna, private enforcement officer of the Kyiv Executive District;
– Verba Olha Bohdanivna, member of the Disciplinary Commission of Private Enforcement Officers, private enforcement officer of the Lviv Region;
– Dzhubaba Denys Oleksandrovych, private enforcement officer
private enforcement officer of the executive district of Khmelnytskyi region;
– Petro Ivanovych Zoren, Head of the Council of Private Enforcement Officers of Lviv Region, private enforcement officer of the Lviv Region Enforcement District;
– Andrii Ivanov, member of the Ethics Committee, private bailiff of the
Andrii Valeriiovych Ivanov, member of the Ethics Committee, private enforcement officer of the Kyiv Executive District;
– Vitaliia Kiselova, Head of the Ethics Committee,
private enforcement officer of the Kyiv City Executive District – Head of the Working Group;
– Korolev Mykhailo Andriyovych, Chairman of the Council of Private
of Kyiv, private enforcement officer of the Kyiv Enforcement District;
– Andrii Pits, private enforcement officer of the Lviv Region Enforcement District;
– Protsenko Dmytro Yuriiovych, member of the Ethics Committee, private enforcement officer of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast Enforcement District;
– Anton Sidorenko, member of the Ethics Committee, private enforcement officer of the Kyiv Enforcement District;
– Skrypnyk Volodymyr Leonidovych, Chairman of the Council of Private Enforcement Officers of Poltava Region, member of the Disciplinary Commission of Private Enforcement Officers, private enforcement officer of the Poltava Region Enforcement District;
– Iryna Viktorivna Rotkevych, member of the Ethics Committee, private enforcement officer of the Kirovohrad Region;
– Andrii Mykolaiovych Yatsyshyn, private enforcement officer of the Kyiv Enforcement District.

3. The Working Group shall develop proposals for amendments to the Code of Professional Ethics of Private Enforcement Officers and submit them to the Council of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine for further discussion and approval by the Congress of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine.

4. The acting Head of the COPA Secretariat, Lesia Prudivus, to inform the members of the working group about this order and publish it on the Association’s website.

5. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
