Order on Establishment of a Working Group to Develop Amendments to Regulatory Legal Acts to Strengthen Liability in Enforcement Proceedings

On the establishment of a working group
Based on the results of the roundtable “Dialogues with debt collectors”, in order to ensure the implementation of statutory tasks, pursuant to clause 11 of the Decision of the HCFA of 06 March 2025 Nº 79 and guided by subparagraph 9 of paragraph 6.20 of section 6

of the Charter of the Association of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine

ORDERED:

Establish a working group to develop amendments to regulatory
legal acts to strengthen liability in enforcement proceedings (hereinafter – the working group).

To include in the working group:

Andrii Mykolaiovych Avtorgov, Deputy Chairman of the UDPA, private enforcement officer of the Kyiv enforcement district – Chairman of the working group;

Kristina Oleksandrivna Biletska, Head of the Council of Private Enforcement Officers of Zaporizhzhia Oblast, private enforcement officer of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast Enforcement District;

Dyachenko Yevhen Stanislavovych, private enforcement officer of the Kyiv City Executive District;

Makovetskyi Zoryan Viktorovych, private enforcement officer of the Lviv Oblast Enforcement District;

Dmytro Nedostup, Head of the Council of Private Enforcement Officers of Cherkasy Oblast, private enforcement officer of the Cherkasy Oblast Enforcement District;

Volodymyr Anatoliyovych Poha, private enforcement officer of the Volyn Oblast Enforcement District;

Oleksandr Mykolayovych Syvokozov, Head of the Council of Private Enforcement Officers of Dnipropetrovska oblast, private enforcement officer of the Dnipropetrovska oblast enforcement district.

The working group should develop proposals for amendments to the regulatory acts to strengthen liability in enforcement proceedings and submit them to the LEA in the form of a comparative table and an explanatory note (justification).

The acting Head of the COA Secretariat Lesia Prudivus shall inform the members of the working group about this order and publish it on the Association’s website

I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
